First and foremost, I am so glad you're here! It means that you are ready to start thriving rather than just surviving. And speaking from personal experience, I know that can be a hard decision to make! Just know this, YOU ARE NOT ALONE. It has always been a passion of mine to help others embrace their unique abilities and become the person they always dreamed of being. And because of this passion, I have been working with individuals, like you, to do just that!
As a Life Skills + Empowerment Coach I have been fortunate to see many people, from all different walks of life, achieve personal growth and fulfillment while providing them with support and being a confidant. This career has not only helped me learn more about myself personally but also learn more about what makes humans so unique when it comes to feeling valued and living our lives effectively and the way we truly want.
I have realized that no two individuals experience emotions or thoughts the same way and that even though there may be parts of ourselves that we don't necessarily like, there is a reason for every emotion we have and every behavior we act on. And growth happens when we discover those reasons and begin to balance both acceptance and change. And when we recognize that accepting reality allows us to change the things that we can, we feel less pain and more freedom.

Can I be real and raw with you for a sec? Up until about 5 years ago, I really struggled with balancing other people's needs over my own. I didn't know how to say "no". I consistently did things that I knew would make others happy even though those things didn't make me happy. And I didn't know HOW to value myself or my worth. Until I discovered these skills and strategies that helped me figure out what my core values are, what my "life worth living" looks like, and how to interact with all parts of myself, from my "Inner Critic" to my "Impulsive Buyer" and even my "Intense Recluse", in a compassionate and curious way.
When I started to use these skills and different strategies, I began to notice the way I would talk to myself became more uplifting. The way I handled conflict became less anxiety provoking. And when difficult and stressful situations came up, I was actually able to handle them without making them even worse in one way or another.
Through personal and professional use, I have witnessed these skills and strategies ACTUALLY WORKING! And rather than shaming certain things we do, they help us build a healthy and effective internal relationship with ourselves, which translates to our other relationships with those all around us. The tools that I help my coaching clients with are centered around compassion and curiosity, acceptance and change, an overall balance, and recognition that there is a "grey area", not everything has to be strictly black or white.

I like to get on a video call and really get to know them and for them to get to know me! I have been working since I was 14 years old, and if there's one thing that I've learned, it is that relationship dynamics and connections MATTER!
My goal is to be your right-hand woman, your biggest supporter, and your trusted confidant. The person you know you can count on through the good, the bad, and the ugly. So, for us to work that closely together, it's going to be imperative that we get along and can have an effective relationship.

I utilize skills from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) - both self-help therapy modalities that can be done by oneself, and I feel that once again, everyone can benefit from some extra support - when working with my clients.
As your coach, I am not going to be your "yes-woman". I am here to help you grow and become the person you want to be, and that sometimes involves challenging certain thought patterns and behaviors you may currently have.

I truly believe that when you set an intention, it comes to fruition because you are consciously or unconsciously putting in the energy for it to. Setting intentions or discovering intentions is a big encouragement from me!
For "good" to exist, "bad/evil" has to exist too. For happiness to occur, we must know what pain is. There is always a balance to anything and everything. This is a rule of the universe!
