As your coach, I will help you determine what things might be stopping you from living the life you desire, and together we will come up with a plan that will allow you to overcome these obstacles while also creating the change that leads you to thrive rather than survive. It’s important to recognize that we are all unique, so the frequency of coaching sessions depends on what it is you are needing and the goals you are wanting to achieve. Once a month or every other month, I like to re-evaluate with my clients to determine what we want to focus on moving forward so that together we can be sure you are getting the most out of your sessions. This also happens during your visionary call so we know where to start with our coaching dynamic! And when our sessions are coming to an end, we will also spend time setting goals and strategies that will best support your next steps so you are prepared to continue making progress and change the way you have throughout our work together!

All of my coaching sessions are offered virtually! This makes it possible for you to schedule a session when it’s convenient for you and you can be in the comfort of your home or wherever you would like to be! I do suggest finding a quiet space where you can focus during our session so that you are able to get the most out of it!
The packages I offer depend on the service that you would like to receive! My Personal Development Strategies 1:1 sessions are a 6-month package that consists of 24 sessions with each session lasting 50 minutes long. My Personal Discovery Strategies and Personal Project Strategies are both a 3-month package, with 12 sessions and each session also lasting 50 minutes long. This is a great question! First and foremost, it’s very important to note that COACHING IS NOT THERAPY. Life coaching focuses on developing new skills and strategies, identifying personal goals, and receiving guidance and support to achieve those goals. Coaches help create action-task and goal-oriented mindsets that help with understanding the logistics of behaviors that may be ineffective for your present self. Where psychotherapy tends to focus on healing past trauma(s) and mental health issues with treatments and diagnoses, coaching focuses on working with clients in the present moment and planning for the future. Coaching does not diagnose or treat any mental health disorders or symptoms.
First and foremost, scheduling your free visionary call is very important. I 100% believe that relationship dynamics and connections matter! And I want to make sure that I am able to best support you as well as make sure you feel confident that I am the right coach for you. Once we decide to work together, we will discuss what it is that you are wanting to achieve through this work, discover your strengths and purpose, build your relationship with yourself, and set realistic and achievable goals. All of this is where the work begins! And throughout this process, I will be your biggest supporter and help push and challenge you when it comes to obstacles so that you are creating the life you truly desire.
